A blast chiller rapidly drops food temperature to +3°C, stopping bacterial growth and oxidation while locking in taste, colour, texture, and nutrition. A shock freezer goes further, bringing food to -18°C with microcrystals so small they don’t damage food structure.

MultiFresh® is the world’s only machine that runs full operating cycles from +85°C down to -40°C. In a single unit you can blast chill, shock freeze, proof, thaw, pasteurise, cook at low temperature, regenerate, and hold at temperature.

A blast chiller’s job is to bring food down to the right temperature as fast as possible. A holding cabinet’s job is to keep it there — precisely, consistently, and for as long as needed. Without proper cold storage, the work your blast chiller does starts to unravel. Together, they complete the cold chain from production to service.
